  • A. Yes, all Fitbit devices are water-resistant. Hence they can withstand rain, splash and even sweaty workouts. It is not recommended to shower or swim while wearing the bands though.

  • Q. What are the different sizes of the Fitbit band?
  • A. There are two sizes that we have : Small (5.5"-6.7") and Large (6.3"-7.9"). The recommended size is the one that allows one finger gap between the band and the wrist.

  • Q. How does Fitbit sync data with iOS/Android/Windows?
  • A. All Fitbit devices use Bluetooth to sync data from the tracker to the app. Once the app (iOS / Android / Windows) is downloaded, the data will sync automatically whenever you open the app and the tracker is in vicinity.

  • Q. How does Fitbit calculate the calories I have burned?
  • A. The calories burned are calculated at two levels - based on the basic physical parameters you enter (height, weight, gender, age), the device calculates your basal metabolic rate. It then also uses the activity tracked to estimate calories burned.
