Very simply, it is an online platform where you can get products at good discounts by having a say in the price. Yes, you read correctly - by giving you the power to quote your price on a product, we provide a personalized price that is right for you.

What makes ffosho different?

Just remember all those instances when you did not buy a product you loved just because the price was high OR you waited the entire season for a discount only to find the product our of stock! With fosho, these are now things of past! We believe you must have the power and convenience to buy products you love when you want - this can only happen if you get it at a price that is right for you and we do just that.

How do I get my own price?

A

Through a very cool and innovative technology we have built. After you choose the product you want to buy, you have two minutes to get your price. It is a responsive to-fro process where you make an offer and the fosho instantly replies with a counteroffer. Within two minutes, you can make as many offers as you want till we agree on a price. If time runs out, we come back with the best possible price available at that time.

Who are your merchants?

Trusted, credible vendors! You have a busy life - so we have taken the responsibility to selectively pick only those merchants who offer genuine products. Unlike other platforms, our vendors are those who are based all across the UK. We do all the work for you and source quality products. We currently maintain the anonymity of vendors so that they can pass more savings through us when compared to their listings on other platforms.

How do you get cheaper prices?

Our vendors are those who want to move their stock quickly. They would rather sell products at a reasonable price than sit with idle stock. Then again, we charge a lower commission to merchants - all these allow the savings to be passed on to you by way of cheaper prices.

Is your delivery really FREE?

A

Yes, indeed it is and throughout the UK! All products are delivered FREE within 5-7 business days.

Is it easy to return items?

A

Yes, it is easy. Most products can be returned within 14 days after delivery. Just let us know by emailing us at contact@ffosho.com OR using the Cancel/Return option from your order history.

Absolutely! It is one of the safest payment gateways and powers businesses across 21 countries. Located in San Francisco, it has 10 offices globally.

Why did my friend get a difference price for the same product?

A

Time & Art! One, it is likely your friend negotiated at a different time. The demand for a product varies across different times and this impacts the price. Two, a small difference is also made by the quality of your offers - if you have made reasonable offers, there is a greater chance of getting better counteroffers. If you value products reasonably - quite often, this results in great final prices!

At times why do the negotiated terms ask me to "write a review" OR "send feedback" OR "follow on social media" ?

A

It is mutually beneficial! The reason it happens occasionally is when your offers are low, the merchant may monetarily not gain much on that deal. In such cases, if not money, a return favour in the form of review or feedback is still valued by us. Hence you may occasionally see certain negotiated terms based on your offer.

Am I expected to write only good reviews / good feedback?

A

Constructive is the word! We absolutely do not expect you to write good words. If you have liked anything, please mention as it is encouraging. If you have not liked it, we encourage your frank feedback. It always helps if the feedback is positively constructive as it gives us a direction for improvement. Rest assured, the nature of your feedback has no impact on getting a deal. The only no-go: please do not use profanity in your feedback.

Where can I find my list of pending actions?

A

In "My Past Orders". Once you login, you can see this button under the Accounts tab. Here you will be able to see all your orders. When you click on "View Details", it shows you the negotiated terms for that offer. All relevant buttons can be found in that page.

How do you use my review or feedback?

A

Your reviews are posted on the website for the concerned product. Great, positive reviews occasionally find a place on our home page. We do not filter or screen any review or feedback. The only ones not posted are those that contain profanity in any form. As we get sufficient feedback, the poorly rated products move out of the platform.
